Tony Chen

Tony Chen

For the past 28 + years, Tony Chen held various positions as Vice President of Business Development, CFO and Director of Sales for High Tech Companies and Solar Energy Industries and Fortune 500 Companies in USA and Greater China.

Tony received his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley and BS from Carnegie Mellon University in applied mathematics.

As Vice President, Business Development at the Solar Energy Industries Association, Tony headed up the marketing and sales at SEIA. Tony was responsible for strategic planning, budget management and financial projections for all lines of business and revenue streams.

Tony was a Board Director for the Solar Energy Trade Shows, the management company behind North America’s largest solar and storage events. He helped to set expansion strategy, prioritize initiatives, and approve budget.

Tony is experienced in C-suite communications, project financing, off-taker agreements, environmental permitting, stakeholder outreach, lease and option agreements, economic modeling for PV and advanced energy storage, and utility interconnection.

At Tesla/SolarCity, Tony focused on developing commercial projects combining large scale energy storage with solar as integrated solutions. He managed a sales pipeline worth $35 million dollars.

As Board Advisor to USA Neuro Tech, Tony will help:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that meet business goals and objectives created in partnership with the Board of Directors.
  • Recruit and develop a team of senior leaders to manage critical business functions.
  • Ensure commitment to and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across the organization.
  • Develop positive relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders and government agencies.

Lee Felsenstein

Lee FelsensteinLee Felsenstein has been designing electronic circuits, systems and products for over 40 + years. Lee graduated from College of Engineering at the University of California Berkeley.

Lee was involvement in establishing the first public-access computer social media system led to his immersion in the embryonic personal computer industry, where he designed several pioneering products, including the first commercially successful portable computer.

He designed the meeting structure of the legendary Homebrew Computer Club and ran the meetings for the 11-year existence of the club. This extraordinarily productive club spawned at least 23 personal computer companies including Apple.

Lee has operated two independent electronic design consulting companies, was the first researcher hired at Interval Research Corporation, where he ran the prototype development section, and has 23 patents issued in his name.

He was a founding director of Osborne Computer Corporation and serves on the Intellectual Property Committee of the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). Lee is a Fellow of the Computer History Museum and was named a Pioneer of the Electronic Frontier in 1994 (Electronic Frontier Foundation).

As Board Advisor to USA Neuro Tech, Lee will help:

  • Present reports on the company’s technology status, goals and or progress.
  • Create and implement technology strategies.
  • Align the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals.
  • Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Identify what technologies can be used to improve the company’s products and services.
